• Scrap metal recycling relocated to Amelia Street.
• Oxy Profile Cutting is relocated to Amelia Street.
• Purchased first freehold site, in Amelia Street, Waterloo.

250 tonne Iron Shark shear installed at Waterloo.  The Iron Shark remains on exhibition outside our headquarters in Banksmeadow.

• All States Waste Pty Limited founded and commenced collecting and disposing waste in all Australian states (except Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and the Territories).
• Purchased minority shareholding in Oliver and Downing, a Sydney based fabricator. In time, business is rebranded as Profab.

All States Waste sold.

Oxycut relocates and expands on a property owned in Yerrick Road, Lakemba.

800 tonne Lindemann Shear commissioned at Waterloo yard.

Shareholding in Profab sold to majority holder.

• Sell & Parker purchased a second property in Amelia Street, Waterloo and commenced trading in non-ferrous metals.
• Oxycut relocated and expanded at a 5000 sqm factory on property bought and redeveloped in Long Street, Smithfield.
• Ross’s son Luke Parker joins the business.

Sell & Parker purchased a 7.5 acre property at 45 Tattersall Road, Blacktown.

Blacktown recycling facility opened with an 800 tonne Lindemann Shear being commissioned soon after.

Ross’s son Morgan Parker joins the business.

Development Approval won for a metal shredder to be installed at the Blacktown site.

• Shredder commissioned at Blacktown site.
• Oxycut buys steel profile cutting business Precision Profiling. The businesses are merged to form Precision Oxycut, and are later rebranded to Loross Plates & Shapes.

• Sell & Parker acquire a property at 11 Meadow Way, Banksmeadow.
• Metal for Miracles program for Sydney Children’s Hospital established.

• Commenced buying properties adjacent to the Tattersall Road site. Eventually landholding in the street grows to over 11 hectares.
• Coffs Harbour site bought and collection yard opened – Sell & Parker’s first Regional Yard.
• Ross’s son-in-law Craig Ley joins the business.

• Ingleburn yard opened in Bosci Road.
• 1250 tonne shear and a high speed IPS non-ferrous baler installed at Banksmeadow.
• Sell & Parker acquire a brownfield site with factory in Newcastle and immediately expands Precision Oxycut.
• Head Office relocated from Waterloo to current location at Banksmeadow.  Waterloo sites sold.

Sell & Parker acquire property in Brisbane.

Sell & Parker buys a site in Nowra and opens a new yard to service Southern Regional NSW.

• Sell & Parker team up with Commercial Metal Traders to establish Commercial Metal Recycling Services in Queensland.
• Sell & Parker builds and opens a new yard in Carrington to service Newcastle and the Greater Hunter regions.
• Franc Obal, Sell & Parker’s first employee, retires after 40 years of service.

Sell & Parker sells shareholding in Commercial Metal Recycling Services.

• Port Hedland and Darwin recycling sites acquired and re-branded as Sell & Parker.
• Australian Frontline Machinery established to resell ex-military equipment.

• 1400 tonne Danieli Henschel shear commissioned in Darwin, the Northern Territory’s only static shear.
• Aiming for the Sky Program initiated in NT & WA to support the Royal Flying Doctor Service in those regions.

• Blacktown premises expanded to 60,000 sqm including a new warehouse for non-ferrous buying and processing. New 1400 tonne Danieli Henschel shear commissioned.
• Sell & Parker celebrates 50 years in business.

• Coffs Container Return and Blacktown Container Return opened for public redemption of drink container deposits as part of the NSW Return & Earn scheme.
• Sell & Parker donations to the Sydney Children’s Hospital reach $4,000,000 milestone through Metal for Miracles.

• Newcastle Container Return opened at Carrington as part of the NSW Return & Earn scheme.
• Precision Oxycut commissions its first laser cutter.
• Allthread Industries and First Forge Australia acquired, later rebranded to Loross Rolled Threads and Loross First Forge Australia.

• Preston Container Return becomes Sell & Parker's 4^th site under the NSW Return and Earn Shceme.
• First X-ray sorting machine installed to recover non-ferrous scrap.
• Loross Rolled Threads delivers 38 preassembled windtower anchor cages to Murra Warra wind farm, 98% of the content is Australian made, 51% from recycled materials.
• Sell & Parker acquire 30,000 sqm site for the Western Sydney Renewable Energy Manufacturing Hub.

• Precision Oxycut commissions first robotic welder, primarily to manufacture plates for windtower anchor cages.
• Sell & Parker’s Plate and Bolts division acquires Plate and Steel Industries in Victoria, which is later rebranded to Loross Plates & Shapes.

Formal approval won to improve and expand Blacktown recycling site.

• Major upgrade of Blacktown shredder drive and downstream.
• Development Approval received for NSW’s first household battery sorting facility.
• Coatings business opens at our Carrington site offering blasting, hot thermal spray and powder coating.
